PRESIDENT
The President would be the head of the Welfare Association. He will have the authority of each decision but will be unable to announce anything without consultation/approval of the body of the Welfare Association.
VICE PRESEIDENT
1. The Vice President would be given authority in the absence of the President.
2. He will make efforts of those members who are not attending the General Meetings OR not pay Fund.
GENERAL SECRETARY
1. To proceed the Welfare Association in good manner and maintain the unity between body.
2. To organize the Association and keep official record in safe custody.
3. To increase the Membership and register the names of new comer members according to the rules
of Welfare Association.
4. To give replies of applications/complaints to concerned Member in written.
5. To keep eye on the overall performance of the Welfare Association.
JOINT SECRETARY
1. The Joint Secretary would take responsibility in the absence of the General Secretary.
2. He will also look after the things provided by the Welfare Association, if he found anything
in misuse or not in use he inform about the present situation to the President or General
Secretary.
FINANCE SECRETARY
1. The Finance Secretary has a very big and sensitive responsibility, he will be responsible for
all the financial matters of the association.
2. He is responsible to maintain fund register and also purchasing or providing record.
3. He can’t purchase anything without prior approval of the Body.
INFORMATION SECRETARY
1. The Information Secretary, he is responsible to send invitation for general meeting or of any
other program to all members of the Association carefully.
2. To keep eye on issues of members and deliver to Body for suggestion/solution.
